I haven't yet, but I am about to enter it. I get my info from my brother (about to commission in May) and I make frequent stops at the ROTC office at my school. I was going to enlist in the National Guards soon then go to BCT and AIT then contract to ROTC under SMP, just for more experience.

I'm not sure if your ROTC unit will have slots for Airborne, you'd have to ask your Professor of Military Science. I only know that my (Fordham's ROTC) unit usually has a few slots open for the 3rd and 4th year cadets.
