@iamowe92 Merely scratching on the surface is the only thing one could do with Windows. If he's someone who likes to tinker, then Windows is obviously not the ideal choice. If he's someone who likes to tinker and show it off - then he should think twice if what he had done is really something to speak of. And scratching on the surface is hardly noteworthy. Oh and proper grammar is simply mandatory.

no it is not called BootSkin, i did it manually as in i used resorcehacker and changed the files myself. I did not use a program that that does everything by its self
