Someone wanted to see how I draw tobi so here it is!^-^ Sorry for the latest I was lazy. DX Anyway I decided to draw tobi before akatsuki b/c I don't draw him in that often. Tobi's green scarf is win! XD

I used sanford uniball micro and i just used a expo vis-a-vis to color it in, but i usually use a sharpie or a felt tip^^
