Charleston Mall Shooting

The Charleston County Coroner says 26-year old Jeroid Ferguson was shot and killed by undercover police during a drug bust at the Citadel Mall.

It all happened at around 2 p.m. in the parking lot behind the Belk department store.

Police say the officer who pulled the trigger is now on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the SLED-lead investigation.
