Basic [Voice] Demo Reel

Okay, so this is the first demo reel-type thing that I've ever done... I didn't really know what to do, so it's a compilation of random lines in different voices/tones.

What I'm looking for is feedback - positive or negative, letting me know what you think could be improved upon, what you liked, etc...

I'm still very inexperienced as far as this type of thing goes, and I need all the practice/input I can get - so please, please comment!

Also, I'm well aware that some of these suck. oo;

I should never have tried the old guy voice. True story. But I did and it's there - and you'll just have to deal with its awfulness.

Oh - and I know I say 'uhm' a lot... It's a bad habit that I have - and when I ramble, it comes in about every five words. Sorry. ^^;

And if anyone can tell me how to get rid of the weird electronic noise that the Audacity Noise Removal tool creates, that'd be great!

It was very good in my opinion. only though, it wasn't exactly LOL LMAO! funny, the voice acting was great, but maybe you might wanna think about funnier material. But all in all, very good!

Thank you, but it wasn't really done to be 'LMAO funny' - it's more for a demonstration of my voice.

A few of them seem to have some heart in them(if you watch shows like Invader Zim or any of the Yu-Gi-Oh series, you'll see what I mean), but others seem to be either dull or flat. Sorry, you seem good. I'm thinkin' of being a voice actor myself. But, could you put a bit more in your voices if you could?

lol no suprise at all, because all i did was say "Could you be this character dude for my Claymore Fandub group." But yea, your name is listed and the voice you made that was perfect for the bad guy Eisley was at 2:42-2:50. I don't know if i can explain who i am, but thats basically all i said to you ^^' haha...

the average demo ranges from 0:30-1:00. What might help improve your next demo is perhaps to not treat it as a video production, but as strictly a vocal showcase. Here's an example from another comrade of mine:

Keep it short, sweet, & maybe even focus it on a certain group of voice, like cartoony, announcer, etc. BTW! Your "reporter" voice was uber convincing! Nice work there.
