Music dramaturgy - same clip, different music

How much does music affect the total impression when viewing a movie? In this example it's been taken to the extreme with the two versions giving a very different impression. There is also not much room for interpretation, because the music isn't exactly subtle nor does it contain any complex emotions.

What's interesting though is that it almost feels like two different clips, because the music lets you see different things depending on the music of the different versions.
