  • Ronnie Coleman can get away with partial movements. He's the classic "easy-gainer" and looked like a householder even before he started lifting weights.

  • question for anyone who can help>>??? when i do overhead tricep with a single dumbel im sitting down right i will do the full rep but i notice when i go all the way to the top and stop half way and go back up i feel a better burn a pump...so is it better to do the full rep or half or what.??? thanx for whoever can help.
