In this weeks Watch Me Wednesday video, I talk about the importance of responding to each and every question, complaint and compliment you get on your Facebook fan page, Twitter account, and other social media profiles. To not respond is to give your customers and potential customers a slap in the face. Lots of companies dont respond to their fans on their Fan Page perhaps they dont have the resources to, or think they dont. My argument is: Find the resources, and if you cant respond to your fans' and followers' questions, youre not ready for a fan page yet. How would you feel as a customer if you called up a company, left a message, and never got called back?
