Its called "Artistic License", "Historical Drama" and "Historical Fiction" for a reason. This isn't a documentary and doesn't claim to be. Living people can't even sue for defamation unless the person being sued claims that whatever they said or did was real. Amadeus wasn't accurate either but that doesn't make it less awesome.

this director needs to be seriously sued and sued good. Beethoven never did such thing (I don't know if they imply he killed the man). Beethoven was gentle and his only fight was against natures harsh side never against a human. in his last minutes he raised his hand towards the raining sky and not against a person!

@TheUltrabobb1 He didn't lose his hearing until his late 20's. The cause of his deafness is unknown, but it has variously been attributed to syphilis, lead poisoning, typhus, an auto-immune disorder, and even his habit of immersing his head in cold water to stay awake.
