  • Eglise Saint Louis en l'ile.

more information please check "about this clip",thanks!:)

  • Composerpan! Tell as why the organ is difficult to play? Is it a pneumatic organ? Regards

  • This was the fist time that I played organ in a concert.I was so afraid to play fault notes, because my foot technic is not good enough yet. This organ's pedalboard is special for me, its black keys are very short, not easy to change my feet on each black key, probably I didn't learn the technic for this kind of pedalboard yet:) It's mostly my problem^^

  • I've added 2 websites addresses about this organ:) enjoying:)

  • Great Sound! Sure is an impressive Organ. Thx for posting.

  • Thanks! It was a wonderful experience:)

  • Man..someone who plays a organ that big..must feel like the king..like they're on the top of the world : )

I'd love to play something like that!

  • pressing the key (either by an electrical signal or by a mechanical system as in older organs) causes a valve underneath the pipe to open. this allows compressed air to pass through the pipe and vibrate causing sound. the length of the pipe then dictates the pitch of the sound. it is much like any wind instrument; on which you change the length of a single 'pipe' (by the keys) as opposed to having many pipes. look on wikipedia if this explanation is too terrible.
