Fitness tip from the FullCircleTV.com Soul Sister Health Fitness Challenge blogsite written by Laura Monica of WholyFit.org. This is the companion exercise to the last exercise (Workout #8.) Companion exercises are perfect for "Supersetting," a technique of putting related exercises together back to back in order to fatigue a muscle group in a certain way. In this case, the first deltoid exercise fatigues the top of the deltoid and the second deltoid exercise zeros in on the anterior part of the deltoid. This Superset of 2 exercises performed back to back makes the stronger part of the muscle (the top of the deltoid) fatigued so that the weaker part (the front of the deltoid) can do it's fair share of the work.
