@manofadventure2000 IR has a larger wave length than the visual frequency so it is more easily cloaked ( in fact there already is a tank that can be cloaked from IR ). From what I understand of the theory being presented here, a metamaterial needs to have the gaps in its structure smaller than the wave length you want to conceal so metamaterial gap < visual wave length < IR wave length then if something is visible to IR it HAS to be visible to our eyes.

if it would have a more human like title i would have shared this with every one i know
butt don't want to be that alien guy so 2 bad

@digital06hp I believe that your average camera is not tuned to display the infrared frequencies in the visible spectrum, you would see funky stuff going on when you filmed anything that was warm. I am sure the camera picks it up anyhow but it wouldn't convert it to the visible spectrum unless you told it to. The 1 thing that bugged me is the spaceships being visible to infrared cameras, those are some lazy aliens. Humans have advanced a lot recently tho, which could explain such an oversight.

but if an object was invisible to the visual frequency ( so invisible to our sight ) would it not be invisible to all of the other bigger frequencies? If i'm right then how could you pick up an object with an infrared camera but NOT pick it up with a normal camera?

@SavannahNight how do you know that

the narrator sounds like he's got Cheerios crammed up his nose ...

someone in an invisibility suit would still be pretty clear to other imaging options, like thermal or lazer or whatever
@AlienScientist For such a smart guy you sure suck at getting a decent sound from your recordings, haha.
Sorry, am just being mean. I am loving your videos and channel, thank you very much for posting it all(I have already subscribed).
If you are interested maybe I can help you with the sound quality (I work in a recording studio), pm me if you want.
Cheers from Brazil...

It seems a very interesting video, but unfortunately, the AUDIO is TOO low to understand! Man, that sucks!
It would be great to see this video but with a GOOD LOUD AUDIO!
Please, speak or record your videos LOUDER!
