The axis will rotate 4example at its equator in both directions (half/half), but will we know it? In previous world history we know it did. The sumarians and mayans could have neighbored one another, a long time ago. The pyramids and the White God of Maya and (white Pharaoh) who was to return one day, became the god Paraoh of Egypt after the axis alignment. Many of these theories about Mayan technology coming from aliens or other people proves many of the assumptions are based on racism because they think Native Americans back then could not be smart enough to make such technology/structures...
