While filming the headquaters of Fox News in New York City on September 10th, 2007. Fox News Reich Security tells me I can't film above the logo. When I ask the law, he called the NYPD.

  • You should have stayed they had nothing on you, the fact that you left instead of being firm on your rights is what makes them get away with that shit. Go all the way next time if you get a chance.

  • Wow. You guys are idiots. Although you where on the sidewalk and legally able to film what ever you wanted. You ran away like a little kid. Also, you quoted saying he called the police aka nypd. Clearly you are wrong. I speak with authority on this subject.

  • Let's all go on the same day and let them call the police and then we will drag their azzes into court!!! IT IS TIME WE SHOWED THEM WHO OWNS THIS COUNTRY!! BUNCH OF MOBSTERS NEEDING A SPANKING?? WELL THEY'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE! Bend over boys, mom's pissed.

  • I promise you I am going to New York and I am going to film the Fox building and hope-n-pray they call the police, I cant fucking wait

  • HEY DO IT AGAIN! but dont leave and post the video and send it to me.

  • RON PAUL '08.

  • screw that! I'm going there right now and video tape! Free country! I'm filming everything!

  • shameful, I feel you've been truly approached by a goon.

remain on the spot next time, if you have the time

  • I think it does add tension to a country where too many acts are now considered.., "suspicious," but I also think it's ridiculous that the security guy came out with that remark. What's even sadder is that he probably would have lied to police saying that the guy recording was loitering or something to save himself from looking stupid.
