@kznck if anything you wont, all her foods are pretty much healthy. u can eat cake everyday and not get obese as long as you eat in moderation and stay active walk/dance/run around ^^ haha

how long can you keep it in the fridge? how can one store it, so it lasts long?

It will be good for several days (less than a week).. but it taste best when it's fresh.. first day..
