The machine comprises the following:-
Stage 1. Pre wash clean in heated detergent, with vertical and rotational carrier agitation. Mesh bag filtration and oil skimmer.
Stage 2 Ultrasonic clean in heated detergent. Vertical and rotational carrier agitation. Mesh bag and ultra filtration.
Stage 3, 4 & 5 Water rinse tanks with ultrasonic cleaning (tank 3), vertical and rotational carrier agitation. Cascading rise tanks with DI and reverse osmosis water treatment.
Stage 6 Cycle hot air drying tunnel with carrier rotation.
The machine is complete with a closed loop roller conveyor infeed and exit conveyors. Maximum current carrier size 700l x 450w x 200mm high. Overqll machine footprint 10.67mtr x 7.62mtr including return conveyor.
