In this first video, Delta CS Manager Helga employs police officers in the Detroit airport to try to make us fly to Georgia.
When we refuse their 9 hours and 2 additional connections, they bring in the police!
Why were we delayed? Delta loaded the wrong software onto their ticket machines and printed wrong tickets. The delayed was about an hour and caused us to miss our fight.
To get us home, Delta wanted us to fly to Georgia??? wait there for 6 hours, and then get us home at midnight.
As you can see, no one is being threatening and no one is anything more than agitated.

@oxford14 Fuck that. You must not own a business. The customer is always right, especially when s/he is dealing with a large faceless corporation like Delta. Helga doesn't care what you're wearing, she just wants to make more money for Delta. Their aim is higher profits, not better service. A good CS agent would have tried to work with these people and not gotten a damn attitude and tried to intimidate them with the police. I bet these people won't fly Delta again, and who can blame them?

I am not taking Delta's side AT ALL when I say this: try dressing like a professional next time you fly. If you dress the same way to fly that you would if you were cleaning the garage, they are going to blow you off. It's human nature, as flawed as that is. I'm not talking 1950's suits and ties, but a button down shirt, dark jeans and some decent shoes really do make you look like somebody who should be listened to. This also works for protesters, etc. Try it, guys. Really.
