  • Hey Craig, great video. I've been doing shuttle runs for about a month. I do it in the 30, 60 work rest Hiit for 10 reps i.e. 15 mins and after that i do bodyweight exercises like pushups and situps and i jump rope. Will this shuttle runs help me reduce fat and build lean muscle especially the chest?
