Message Force Multipliers Explained

I heard on the news that there were these retired military men that were making profits on the war they were saying was Very Much So Necessary, on the Whackobox Television "News".So the official story was,they weren't liars ! They were message force multipliers! I thought there was a song in that,but every time I played it people asked me what is a message force multiplier? So I explain in didactic terms what a message force multiplier is before I play the song here.....
