Well in this tutorial I will show you how you can make it so you application will have administrative privileges - so it will have to be ran as administrator. This is Very easy and there is really no code. All you have to do I disable Click Once by going into the applications properties then going to the security tabd and un-ticking Enable Click Once. Then you will have to Go to the application tab and click the button View Windowed Settings or UAC settings (UAC i think is with 2008) Then when you debug it might tell you Visual Basic/Visual Studio needs to restart do that- then save the app and your done.

    But in my VS 2010 (VB) it shows this error when I clicked on "Security" tab:

    An error occurred trying to load the page.

    Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
