@LinkEX That is correct. "Party Cannon" is a fun type special move, therefore the best Ponymon to teach it is Pinkie Pie. Every Ponymon can actually learn this move, but Pinkie Pie has the highest fun base stat. And she is a dual type, Earth/Fun. So she gets a STAB.

Snob type often comes with the auto effect "grump", which raises ingnorance, but drastically lowers the special defence.
