Bro Gozh ma Zadoù (Breton for Old Land of My Fathers) is the national anthem of Brittany. It is sung to the same tune as that of the national anthem of Wales, Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau, and has similar words. The Cornish anthem, Bro Goth Agan Tasow, is also sung to the same tune.

  • A lot of people don't understand there is such a big chunk of France which is Celtic. They think of France as very French and in fact, we are many old countries, cultures, languages and kingdoms. I am American but became French and all this has been learning for me. I have roots in Alsace and family in Brittany and I really appreciate it. I feel quite a link with Scots and may have some English blood of some sort, perhaps via indentured servitude in the 19th c.
