The thing that terrified me the most about this episode is that the villians were human. I literally couldn't get over that for so long the first time I saw this episode.

I loved this episode! I remember flipping through the channels and catching a glimpse of the show, I wasn't able to see the end, but I was hooked. Unfortunately I wasn't able to figure out what show it was until many years later, and when I did, I watched the whole series, particularly this episode now many times.  A very creepy episode, and amazing show! Love it!!!

That's not too bad. to lose a phone is one thing, to lose your life is another. I agree with John, wrong, sick, disgusting, violent and very Torchwood. The only other word I can think of is NASTY.
