cornstarch in tomato sauce. This is as Italian as olive garden. Disappointing guy

Italy doesn't have Alfredo sauce or chicken parmesan, trust me, those are American-Italian recipes. However this food looks very delicious!

I went to Mama Cozza's last Thursday night and was very disappointed! We went there because of the show and I think this was the worst Italian food I ever had. I ordered the chicken piccata with the salad and minnestrone soup. The soup tasted like it came out of a can, then when i got my salad with blue cheese dressing, it was so watered down, it had no taste! When my main entree came, the chicken was bitter tasting because they put so much lemon on it, it should have a tint of lemon!
