no, it is easy to install, takes a bit of getting used to as a program but there is a forum and a wiki for it so plenty of support

I also use digitrax - superchief with a mix of digitrax and Lenz decoders
What interface did you use to connect PC to Digitrax ?
I'm running Vista from USB only laptop but I do have a USB-serial adaptor if need be

Hi Mike, I have only just seen this question [and the drivel from the simple minded that followed] i am using the RR-CirKits usb locobuffer.
