Really hope that Avalon is at next years Dove Awards. They've released a new album and are making a new music video and are on tour and all kinds of stuff. I hope that they get to perform and are at least nominated for some awards. (of course they should win anything they are nominated for)

I like Casting Crowns, but that's not hard to figure out :). I sort of agree with you, I noticed there were quite a few good artists that weren't there or didn't win anything/much.
I don't think Mark Schultz was there, but then again, "Come Alive" is his first studio album in a long time I think.

Mark Schultz's new album didn't come out until after the Dove Awards I'm pretty sure... But yah, and I like Casting Crowns too.
