The Story Of Westlife Part 10
(1998-2008)

THE LAST PART- PART 10: Irish boyband that began in 1998 in Ireland called Westlife. 14 UK Number ones, 9 Albums and 9 Tours and over 40 million albums sold and had a tough adventure to get where they are. Nicky, Kian, Mark and Shane managed to get through it with the support of their loved ones, eachother and of course THE FANS! Now It's 2008, which marks the 10 years since it all began with Bryan. They have dealt with so much but managed to fight through it all even when Brian Left. 2008 has come and it's the biggest year for Westlife. In Celebration of the 10 years On June 1, 2008 Westlife took the stage at Ireland's National Stadium: CROKE PARK! Sold out to over 80,000 fans. Croke Park was turned into a DVD to celebrate their 10 years together. After Croke Park Westlife annouced they are taking a break for a year to spend time with their loved ones and families and want the feeling to "Miss" Westlife. Louis then said they will be back on July 1,2009 and no albume will be released in 2008. Also to celebrate the 10 years Westlife released their Autobiography: "Westlife-Our Story" which the boys wrote themselves. Later on that year Shane and Gillian welcomed their 2nd child, a babyboy they named: Patrick! Also Westlife then released the DVD of Westlife Live at Croke Park. Westlife are here to stay!! Now we have to wait for them to return in 2009!!!

I firstly heard about Westlife when I was 11 years old, just 10 years ago, I started following more specifically in 2003 and now I'm 21 years l old and I still listen to their songs and feel exactly the same I felt when I was a teenager, they remind me of so many beautiful moments of my teenage. I'm from Mexico, as I know, they came three times to muy country before Bryan McFadden left but I haven't had the chance to see them live, I'm still waiting for that chance
