@Soulja4islam actually we didn't really create it.. they created it on their own. after the soviets pulled out.. The formation and fighting of the taliban was funded armed and trained by pakistan as well as iran and saudi arabia they armed other militia's that had an objective to destroy the current government/leadership.. So there you have it.. and about us funding them in the soviet and afghan war the U.S. conducted a "buy-back" program for the weapons so they couldnt be used against us
