  • may i know who wrote this? thanks

  • this makes me giggle. I love it!

  • This isn't a worship band... this is Caedmon's Call they perform music as a profession. Perhaps we should let God worry about what their intentions are.

  • This is one of my favorite songs for praise and worship. It takes more than a talented singer and excellent musicians to LEAD worship and bring the congregation into and participating in the worship. This group, although it sounds very good, seems to be "performing" like so many worship teams do these days...instead of leading worship and encouraging the congregation to join in the worship.

  • I see the point you're making but im rather disturbed by it. Yes im aware even satan knows the name of God but to question whether or not these bands are christian or not seems a contradiction in it self. If you can worship to it great, if not fine, find something else but in the end its for the maker of creation to decide whether its genuine not us.

  • i see it in myself because i love classic rock and i seem to like the beat of the music

  • I know I feel really bad because I'm always looking for a band that seems genuine, that draws me to God's message, I always wonder to what extent these bands are really Christian.

  • Depends on how you are listening. I generally dont bother about the visuals.

BTW you're point is very good and very well observed, and thats the precise reason i avoid listening to stuff like hillsong.

  • Doesn't anyone else get the feeling that many of the pop Christian singers/bands are glorifying something other than God? I mean , their overall style grabs so much attention. It grabs my attention. I like it. But I am drawn more to the messengers than to the message or to God.
