interesting- well, I know Rick in Real life... like REALLY know him. We've been friends for years, and I'll tell you, he might be a lot of things... haha but bi-polar isn't one of them.
Bi-polar disorder effects stability of a persons mood. They might have huge swings from mania to depression- or much more subtle swings, or even have both mania and depression at the same time (Hypomania).
Rick isn't bi polar- but why are you asking other people? why dont you just ask him yourself?

Either way, with the utter failure of the Republican Party policies over the past eight years, can we seriously risk another four years?
The Republican Party failed the American people is the worst possible way - they started a pre-emptive war based on a lie.

I as I said in another video yesterday I would NEVER vote for a Republican OR McCain. I have a friend at CNN who sometimes needs someone to play "Devil's Advocate" if you will. Occasionally this week, like with the Speaker of the House question, the feed me what to say and then interview me saying it. I of course want to see Obama win.
