@folieimposee I think you're misinterpreting the message. Phil Hansen isn't honouring Kim Jong Il. The materials Phil has chosen (blood and bandaids) are in an effort to criticize the politician and raise awareness of political shortcomings; he has done this to not only draw attention to all the blood that has been spilled as a result of one man with a lot of power, but to question how much one person's blood is worth, and how much it can serve to represent the blood of the many.
