MAFIA Freeride Extreme Subquest - Manta + Sniper

Sniper vs snipers. It's easy though played clumsily. Apart from the Manta Prototype, it's more important to get the sniper rifle in this subquest.

@kamuolinis Go to map and find the downtown sign there, above this, about three blocks is a big green area with grey square in the middle. That's it.
