Every March, the people of Yellowknife, in Arctic Canada gather on the frozen Frame Lake for one of their most popular festivals, the Caribou Carnival. What began as an annual gathering of trappers has evolved to become a celebration of spring that continues to attract thousands of people to the region each year.
