  • Amazing...so glad this exists. Any chance of seeing a higher resolution transfer? This seems to be roughly half the resolutions it should be if it was shot in Cinemascope.

  • @ftldny awesome!! thanks for the tip!

  • @chrislrosa

There's a higher resolution (.MOV) file at archive.org, where this came from. Search there for Tullio Pellegrini and you'll find it.

  • Wow, did you know that the sea lions were really at the cliff house's seal rocks (7:07)? And that were was a skytram (7:10)? And what about playland (7:15)? See the view from twin peaks at (15:49). (17:27) - the green union square. At (20:20) he's goin pretty fast down lombard street!

  • Check out the sea lions and the sky tram at (7:07)

  • A fabulous film, bringing back memories of Playland at the Beach, how it was Dairyland atop of Twin Peaks and that the population count hasn't really changed that much. During a typical business day, our population doubles as people come to work, shop and enjoy both the natural wonders and excellent museums and wonders the City has to offer. Thank you!
