The Sims 3 Pets: Creepy Graphics Card Glitch

I think I really need to invest in a laptop with much better graphical capabilities as this stray dog was rather creepy looking.

finally a answer to my issue i thought it was a issue with the mess but i wasnt sure now i need a new graphics card does anyone know where i can get a better one for a gateway windows vista and would i be able to put it in myself or would a computer tech have to do it?

That happens all the time to our dog. It's because we got him fixed a few years ago I think!
