  • Robert, one day I'll stop being afraid to come learn from you. I'm such an inner perfectionist within my soul that is destroys all dreams that might be. I have spoken with you more than one time and you said come to you and you'll teach me. I'm the man that sung King of The Road that you said was good; but basically needed a little correction to make it right. Do you recall who I am with all my imperfections where we both got into some conflict over about 2 years ago? I do apologize Robert.

  • @BlvdesArschloch Hello and welcome back. I don't really remember. I am dealing with people all over the world, coming at me from every direction every day. Conflict is something that comes with this business. When you put yourself out there with vocal demonstrations, singing, etc... you become a target for some people that have jealousy issues are are bitter about things that have nothing to do with me. I'm the last person to hold a grudge, I don't have time for it. Your cool.

  • One other suggestion Robert no matter how silly it may sound. America's Got Talent and or Britain's Got Talent. I know you travel to the U.K. a lot. I also understand that you have to put in a lot of time into your business and that's no east task at all. I would love to see you in one of them shows. You would blow them all away.

  • @BlvdesArschloch Well, I would be competitive for sure... the "X Factor" show recently came through Seattle for auditions and many of my students went to it, but I just am not going to stand in line for 8 hours so I can sing for 14 seconds and be interrupted by some person that doesn't have a clue about singing... I dont know, its not my bag of tea. You know, I dont need to be on one of those shows, but getting a great band together is something that is worth my effort. Thanks for your interest.

  • Great, I'm proud of you Robert. You can do it. I have heard from other bands in the past I have spoken with at gigs here and there, that it's hard to get a good group together that will work together and not fight over trivial nonsense to make it all come together in full success. Not an easy task; but not impossible either because many have succeeded in getting a great group together that stayed together for a decade or more.

  • @BlvdesArschloch Yep... thats most of the "secret to success" in being in a band, is keeping a band together.

  • @BlvdesArschloch Well thanks man... I know and "feel" what your talking about and in some sense, I agree with you. Im perfectly capable of going "big" as an artist... but that takes a band, ... Im looking for that! It takes time... something I dont have a lot left for after working to market and build TVS... however, this year the plan IS to break out with more original music and do a full solo metal album. Its something I am interested in, stay tuned, Im taking steps in that direction.

  • @BlvdesArschloch Thanks again... but learning and recording a Scorpions song is not a priority right now. Sure I could do it, thats not the questions... its just making time for it. I need to make time for my original music that I barely have any time to move forward as it is.

  • I totally agree with what DDPWcawLeague said below, why don't you become an artist? a Metal Mainstream artist...... Why waste this talent on being only a vocal coach and I don't mean to be saying being a vocal coach doesn't hold a lot of weight in our society because it does. You could easily become famous in my opinion world wide singing Rock n Roll or whatever you want to sing. Robert.

  • I really like this song both of you sung together. I have heard it before and come back from time to time to listen to it again. I would like to hear you sing this song Robert. Ill post it below. I really believe you can pull this one off if you put your all into it, meaning your heart because you have the education and talent to do so. Please give it a try will you Robert?
