@79274333 there are some interesting concepts to ponder in books like Evolution of a Science, Fundamentals of Thought, Problems of Work and New Slant On Life
-
@TheDragonCult I know, but, my opinion is that ALL of LRH`s stuff is crazy, and you are either in or out, if you are an independant scientologist, you have still drunk the crazy kool aid.
-
LRH carries himself like a 50's era talk show/stage show/comedian...
-
@79274333 there are non "Church" Scientologists out there in a group called Friends Of LRH that study and get meaning out LRH's school of thought without getting swindled or harrassed or anything like that the Church of Scientology does.

@RedTailedTuna LOL ..... I was thinking the same thing!!! The only menatl power here came form the person that developed photoshop, hahahaha!!

@electrogeek77 It's a shame really. He could have done some real good in the world if he wasn't so crazy. God given talents wasted because he was so self-centered, and believed in Xenu.

Miscavige was not even Hubbards choice to replace him, and he has changed the tech, Miscavige is the biggest squirrel out there, even though I think all of scientology is as crazy as bat shit, even I can see this.

"I’d like to start a religion. That’s where the money is."
- L. Ron Hubbard to Lloyd Eshbach, in 1949; quoted by Eshbach in OVER MY SHOULDER: REFLECTIONS ON A SCIENCE FICTION ERA, Donald M. Grant Publisher. 1983
-
"Having viewed slum clearance projects in most major cities of the world may I state that you have conceived and created in the Johannesburg townships what is probably the most impressive and adequate resettlement activity in existence."
- L. Ron Hubbard in a letter to H.F. Verwoerd (widely considered to be the architect of South Africa’s apartheid system) dated November 7, 1960, reprinted in K.T.C. Kotzé, INQUIRY INTO THE EFFECTS AND PRACTICES OF SCIENTOLOGY, p. 59, Pretoria 1973

It's frightening how charismatic and engaging he came off as. Very frightening.
The average person might not understand why this is a big deal. It helps to know that:
1. Altering L Ron Hubbard's lectures in any way is a big no-no in Scientology, yet current leader David Miscavige is doing it constantly to get members to spend money on new versions.
2. Hubbard's son was removed because he spoke out against Hubbard and Scientology later in life.
3. The 'church' of Scn routinely alters photos and other media in a dishonest, misleading manner for PR purposes.

Strange. I wonder what newly indoctrinated Scientologists think about this reedited video. Would they think that Hubbard moved the books with his OT powers?
