In Saudi in 1990 about 60 women agreed to drive their family car in public. They got arrested by religion police, jailed and those who had jobs lost them. Not only that, their names was published in public which is not good in this tribal society and called whores in many mosques in fridays prayers. Needless to say no woman thought about doing the same thing since.

Wow, this story about the 60 women who were arrested etc. for driving is really sad. As a female, I could never live in Saudi Arabia. :/

I won't even belabore Europe or other non-muslim countries, but let's compare rape incidents in the US & the whole of the muslim world....

And dont come up with BS like how such incidents never get reported or get on to the media.
