@MrGeremyTibbles no, its high.

excellent video...looking forward to some follow-ups. Definitely got me more interested in one. Any recommendations on where to look for replacement parts as that seems to be the main drawback.
Thanks!

I found a pre-86 FNC for 8,100, is that a typical price?
-
is there a semi auto only version if so how much does it typicality run in price
-
You forgot to mention something that is very important. The FNC was one of the first rifles to adopt the 3-rounds burst system. The controls of the FNC consist of the 4-positions safety / mode selector switch on the left side of the receiver. Available modes are Safe, Single shot,3-rounds bursts and Full automatic fire.

I'm looking forward to the range video. Will you be comparing the T2 Mk5 with the FNC as well? I'd like to see that comparison, since they were both candidates in the Australian weapons trials.
For a full auto FNC, that sounds like a reasonable price these days.

Yes, there are semiauto FNCs available. They're going for $2000-$3000 right now.
