    i wanted to noe is it worth opting for windows 8?

    i m currently using windows xp...

    and i may have to use softwares such as turbo c++, TASM, keil, simulator 8085, etc... so are all of these compatible with windows 8? or is the compatible version available?....

    I like Win8 but I find myself hardly ever using the metro UI, and I got something called Pokkit to get my start menu button back at the bottom left. I like it more than windows 7.
