  • Valslides are the way to go!!!! Don"t get ghetto by buying knockoffs. Get real!!!!!

  • Dang I just realized the way it's designed is with the booties so an alternative would be a small towl if its on tile on carpet that's when the valslide can works on carpet

  • ya if i cant find them for low then ill get some of the furniture disk at like cvs or wallgreens cuz 30 to 40 bucks for a peace of plastic with a pad on it seems perposterous lol ill keep serfing the web but ya ill even cut up a fresbee and glue a pad on it same thing hugh lol oh and twards the end he did the workout right according to the mens health big book or fitness you bend your arm but your legs have to be be togeather in push up position

  • I use a pair of "moving men" furniture discs. I purchased at Bed Bath & Beyond for 10.00.

  • Wow i love this, very intense. Its good that you dont need alot to do these exercises

  • I use paper plates.

  • For exercise 1 I add side lunges also. For exercise 2 I like to use a slide in each hand, sort of a fly motion. Exercise 4 prefer it done with both legs simultanious, felt it more in the abs. Bonus exercise? I'm still recovering.

  • Cool! I wondered if that would work but had not tried it. I've also seen people using towels, old textbooks, and 5 lb. weight plates.

  • Hey, I know it's not as good as what you're using but a couple of cheap frizbees work pretty good for some of those exercises

  • Where do you get this music from dude? I need this in my boot camp! p.s liking what you do.
