Look, that guy could have told the "judge" to fuck off and the worst thing that would happen is she'd find against him. Which, by the way, means nothing, because the production company pays everything anyway. He said himself he doesn't want to be a litigator, so your reputational point doesn't really amount to much. All these people saying "ZOMG respect the judge" are being duped.
