SONY Felica card reader with mbed control

This is showing the Felica RFID reader with Felica tag (actually it is an Octopus card used in HK) and mbed control board.
This reader is using WG26 protocol which is just giving output to mbed. The reader is NO way to write something on the Felica tag.
mbed board receive the tag ID from the reader, and use /dev/ttyACM0 port (linux com port) to send this ID to PC. In this video, I am using UBUNTU 8.10 and cutecom as hyperterminal.
There is a statement in Octopus company. She said it is not lawful to use this system as business in HK. But when I ask for the learning purpose, she is no email replying to me. I think it is OK in learning object.
