    Cheers!

  • Is this solo a part of a Rainbow song? Or a medley?

  • When one watches this solo, think about his peers from, oh, about 1965, and who is still a viable force in music - Page? Not quite. Clapton? Barely. Richards? Nope. Hendrix? Dead. Harrison? Dead. Jones? Dead. Townshend? Retired. Beck? Yeah. Only other one. So out of nearly every Brit Rock Guitarist from 45 years ago, who's still touring and playing to appreciative audiences all over the world? Give the man credit. He's still doing what he likes.

  • Such tasteful guitar playing...just brilliant...

  • how did get that sound out of that guitar?

  • @lansed They're 16th notes.. And Im not explaining this I can't help that all you guys think they're triplets when any guitarist plays 3 noted arpeggios. Same goes for everyone out there who thinks 'galloping' is done in triplets.

  • @aceshigh436 lol. yes they are/ listen again. 3 notes played within every beat at the 1.30 mark.

  • Please !! somebody put a 70's Strat back in his hands .

  • I'd watch ritchie play a broom stick! Yea, he's that entertaining to watch. But, careful here, it could be too easy to dip into your many other hard rock solos, fav.chops, which of course isn't what this type of music is about so,amazing how he can seperate the two diff.styles during his solos. I can see the 5 yr. olds now, maybe a bit bored during long solo time yet, getting a good education & for free!

  • Very Nice.

  • Ritchie, you are gifted guitarist man.

  • @lansed theyre not triplets
