Trying out the new release of Cinebench, a popular free to download benchmark. It's supposed to simulate performance in Cinema 4D, though I don't have the money to time to learn how to use it.

I got a 5.2 with a Phenom ii x6 1605t @ 3.2 Ghz, it was originally a Phenom ii x4 960t but i unlocked the extra 2 cores.

Great maybe that was your bottleneck cause your card should do way better than my gtx 470,I have a core I3 550 @ 4.1ghz and the gpu stock.

It's a benchmark program that provides a numerical score based on your computer's performance which you can compare with others that use this program.

I can't run the opengl test because i have fail graphics, but for the cpu score, i got 3.24 on stock speeds (3.0ghz athlon ii x4 640) which appears to be just about 2/3 of the score that the i7 860 got. The thing is, it only costs 1/3 of what the i7 costs, meaning it has approximately DOUBLE the performance per dollar :D
