@ih8names2 Sorry, I don't personally know Steve, however, after many years of striving to increase my knowledge of overall fitness, he's the one guy I turn to more so than any other trainer. I don't know where he got his pull up bar, however, for a more versatile piece of equipment, I would suggest looking into a "Power Tower". But, if you have room in your home, the absolute best over-all piece of home gym equipment is a "Power Rack". These are of coarse, simply my opinion. Cheers.

@mtbkbmt Sweet! Do you know where he got that pull-up bar contraption? I know I'll get this product in about a month or two after recovering from the holidays. I have an Iron gym pullup bar, but I don't think it can handle me adding the Jungle Gym handles to it.

@ih8names2 Yes can burn them to DVD and then play them on a regular DVD player. I have a tv in my home gym and "follow along" with Steve as I workout. As always from Steve Maxwell, the exercises are awesome!

Coach, when you download these videos, can you then "burn" them onto a DVD, or is it not something like that anyway? Thanks.
