This causes the shoulder belt to cut with an enormous force from just under the ribs towards the head, resulting in tearing off the head of the occupant (decapitated). Safety belts webbing should not be worn or twisted and must be protected against sharp edges and corners. Occupant is decapitated, due to the occupant restraint being torn by a sharp edge on the right side of the wheelchair.

På grund af en skarp metaldel på højre side af kørestolen springer hofteselen i den ene side, mens den holder i den anden. Dette bevirker at sikkerhedsselen skærer med en voldsom kraft, fra lige under ribbenene, og med retning op imod skulderselens forankringspunkt hvorved hovedet rives af testdukken. Det er vigtigt at der ikke findes skarpe kanter på en kørestol, hvor en sikkerhedsselen skal have sit forløb.
