You guys have the coolest take on this song I have heard in 53 years of listening to jazz. I can think of no higher praise than to say that you remind me of Goldings, Bernstein and Stewart. This especially reminds me of their versions of Caminhos Cruzados and Once I Loved.

so how is the organ miked/ recorded? the G± signals are balanced.. did the engineer use that? did he split the Great & Swell manuals?
Is the vibrato the built in scanner effect?

@irvnz The organ is stock. Running through a Leslie 122 (in the other room). I don't remember how it was mic'd.

Is that an old Model A or is the video just compressed?

It's a 1958 B3. The video is supposed to be in widescreen but didn't upload correctly, so everything is taller than it should be, which is why the B3 looks so short. :)
