I know what this hedgehog treat is and this kind of treat is too hard for them! I know someone who's hedgehog broke a teeth eating this! This is another video of an irresponsible hedgehog owner..! *sight* you guys really must inform yourself about the animal you want to buy before buying it!

these treats are specially made for hedgehogs, how is it bad for them?

Company often make treats or food and says that those are "specially made for hedgehogs"; It's made with unhealthy ingredients. They say that their product is for hedgehogs but it's only to make money. There's even a type of food "for hedgehogs" that makes hedgehog sick! The best for this animal is low-fat cat food with insects, trust me! My two hedgehogs are crazy about mealworms! ; )

I am sorry if you feel I am an irresponsible hedgehog owner. However I was contacted by the National Hedgehog Association about this video and they praised it. She has lived happily now for over 4 years. If it makes you feel any better I dont feed her these treats any more because with her getting older it was best for her to eat softer foods. You dont know me personally and all the research I do on all my animals so please keep that in mind before you judge next time.
