Normal levels of melatonin—a hormone secreted by the pineal gland—fluctuate with your day/night sleep cycles. When you have trouble falling or staying asleep, your day/night cycles are interrupted.

If you travel frequently or change work shifts, studies suggest that melatonin can ease jet lag and promote restful sleep—without the hazards or side effects of prescription sleeping pills.

Jigsaw Health Melatonin helps promote healthy sleep so you feel better. If you experience persistent sleeplessness or frequent wakenings, consider sustained-release Melatonin w/SRT for long-lasting sleep effectiveness all through the night. Or try the goLite P1™ light therapy box to help regulate your sleep cycles.

  • Hard to sleep when you know the world is being run by shape shifting cold blooded reptilians from another planet.

    Peace

  • I use 0.2 mg jst before going to sleep.

On 23 dec 2009 I began using it after doing my own research.

It works great, no side effects. Better deeper sleep.

Taking more does not work better because 2 pills fill all the receptors I have in my brain. So more is just wasting on the pills.

I want to take as less as I need, because I hate to be dependend on drugs.

Before I was on Zyprexa which the dokter gave me on a prescription.

Now I can live without these drugs that do have side effects.
